Pés do Mundo Feet of the World
2009 - 2025
Implantação | 2017
Installation composed of 143 clay casts made directly from the artist's feet (20x12cm), arranged in the form of a bowl-like spatial configuration. Tensioned nylon threads orient the elements towards a central circular area on the floor, where a suspended clay form - wrapped in red cotton thread - establishes a point of concentration and gravitational focus within the installation.
Developed through repetition, bodily imprint and spatial organization, the work investigates relations between corporeality, containment, tension and collective structure.
Caminho da palavra | 2018
Installation composed of 168 clay casts made directly from the artist’s feet and suspended in an ascending spiral configuration. Produced through the intimate contact between clay and body, each element registers the physical trace of a specific moment and gesture.
Part of the ongoing series Feet of the World, the work articulates repetition, vertical movement and spatial rhythm as perceptual and relational structures.
